Using breathwork, somatic experiencing, family constellations, recall healing and the wisdom of Chinese medicine I guide groups and individuals with tailor-made trauma informed programs and 1:1 sessions.

I am not your healer, I am your guide.
I know you have all the answers within you. As your Transformational Therapist, I’ll teach you how to tap into your innate wisdom and become your own healer.
I know what it’s like to feel alone with a lot of big emotions. I learnt to slowly remove my mask, come back home to my body, meet my shadows, befriend my emotions, regulate my nervous system and reclaim my authenticity, power and joy. And I want to help you do the same.
I am passionate about creating compassionate, loving spaces where you feel safe and heard. At the same time I will approach your growth with straight up honesty, so you work towards the results you came for.

Together we teach you how to befriend your nervous system, bring awareness to your body sensations, manage your triggers and break free from ingrained cycles.
